Ursula is general in the Imperial Army and her orders were to capture the Yorae Dragon and bring him to the Empire. Ursula is a pretty good character and she has magic skills of all types ranging from assistance to attack spells and almost all elemental types and some of her weapons can hit all the enemies at once.
